Policy Review / Pre-Loss Inspection $175.00
This service includes a review of your insurance policy to address excess coverage or lack of coverage. We will help you to be more informed on what you can and can't do should a disaster strike. Additionally, photos will be taken of your home, outbuildings, attic, crawl space, and all rooms of your home. These images can be used to substantiate the validity of your new damages. Sometimes, the insurance company will claim that your new damages are old damages, and old damages are not covered under your insurance policy. We will keep a copy of your policy and all photos of your home in a secure storage cloud.
Appraisal $1,000
This service includes an expert to inspect and work with the insurance company's appraiser to find what is owed.
